Interval Run – If you have a timer on your sports watch that can repeat itself set it to :30. You are going to run for 18:00 as follows:

  • :30 jog (slow)
  • :30 run (medium)
  • :30 sprint (fast)
  • :30 walk

When you get done do 40 Push Ups and 100 Bicycles
