Deadlift something heavy in your house 10 times. Do 3 rounds of 10 lifts. Pick something you can lift ten times, not 5, not 20, 10 times. Use proper form, keep your back straight, shoulders back and chest out and eyes forward and push your heels through the floor. The entire object does not need to be off the floor, so it could be the end of your couch or something large like that with one end still on the floor.
