If you can manage a run outside or if you have a treadmill at home or in your apartment complex go run for 20:00 starting slow and increasing speed each 5:00, end with 5:00 slow jog and then walk for 5:00

5 Rounds 1:00 each:

  • High Knee Jog
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Push Ups
  • Prone Rows
  • V-Crunches
  • Rest
