- Shoulder presses x 15 – I want you to find an object in your house…something kinda long with some weight to it…preferably flat or round but rigid…and press it! Have someone take a picture and put it up on our facebook page! We want to see how many people can post a cool picture! A broomstick does not count, unless it has a small child hanging from it on each end. If you find something perfect but it’s a bit heavy just lower the number of reps you do.
