warmup 30/30/30 Side plank, plank, side plank. 10 slow squats. 50 jumping jacks.


tabata 8 static intervals on each movement. Two times through.

  • R side pulse lunge/L side pulse lunge (four times for each side)
  • side to side toe touch crunch / Gi reach
  • KB FS
  • KB swings

Finish: run 500, 36 burpees. Matt will be doing his 36 birthday burpees with every class!
