  • 50 Dips
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • Run 200 yards
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 100 Indian Situps
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • Run 200 yards
  • 50 Slam Balls
  • 50 Deadlifts (medium weight)
  • 50 Crossover Toe Touch Crunches – each side
  • Sprint 100 Yards
