One time – as fast as possible

  • Run – main block
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 V-Crunches
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Dips
  • 30 Walking Lunges (each leg)
  • 30 Kettlebell Sumo High Pulls
  • 30 Oblique Twists (each side)
  • 30 Bunny Hops

Times will be posted at the gym – fastest time will be posted at the end of the day – so come back to see the fastest time!
