Boot camp and warrior workouts for Friday 7-25-2014

Warm up: no rain run 500, rain 25 jump squats

It’s strength day so let’s push some weight!

6 rounds:

3 deadlift (yes just 3! So go big!)
12 DB curls
6/6 box step with curl weights
12 Kettlebell skull crusher

Finish: 0:20 each x 5 rounds

Jump squats
High knee jog
Plank jacks
Rest
