Boot camp and warrior workouts for 8-6-2014

Warm up: 20 squats, 50 JJ, 200 yard run

Mobility: 30/30/30 seconds arm circles, singles then double

6 rounds:

5 DB shoulder press
5 BB high pull
5/5 windmills
30 ABMAT sit-ups

Finish: 0:20 each x 5 sets – mountain climbers, half burpee, plank jacks, rest
