Warm up: 500 yards

45/15 x 5 x 5

Bicycles (warrior does floor wipers)
Ball side to side toe tap (warrior with 5lb weights)
Bear crawl
Kettlebell high pulls (two hands, warrior does doubles)

Finish: 20/10 floor chest press (warrior on the bar on bench)
