Boot camp and warrior workout for 8-11-2014

Warm up: 20 push ups, 20 squat thrusts, 200 yards

Mobility: chest opener 1:00/1:00

AMRAP intervals! 3:00/1:00x 5

5 push ups (warriors do decline)
5 kettlebell high pulls
5 squat thrust jumps
40 bicycles

Finish: 25 pull ups (warriors add 50 double unders)
