Warm up: 10 squats, 20 squat thrusts, 50 JJ

5 rounds:

5,10,15,20,25 push-ups (warrior does Hindu)
25,20,15,10,5 kettlebell high pulls
10 ring rows (warrior does pull ups)
500 yard run

Finish: 25 squat thrust jumps
