Warm up: 30 jump squats

Mobility work: 1:00 on each, single foot on box proposal quad stretch, other side proposal quad stretch, spinal twist, spinal twist, frog

5 rounds:
5 bb back squat
10 chin up
10 DB walking lunges
500 yard run

Finish: half pigeon stretch 2:00 each side
