Warm up: 10 squats, 10 jump squats, 20 squat thrusts

Endurance! Let’s see what you got for legs?!

4 rounds:

5 back squats
10 Kettlebell swings (two hands)
10 DB step back curl and lunge
100, 200, 300, 400, 500 yard run

Finish: wall sit 20/10 x 10
