15 ring rows
Bear crawl down, crab walk back

Warrior

Strength: 10 min of muscle up practice 10 dead hang pull-ups, 10 super strict dips then practice

5 rounds

10 prisoner push-ups
10 bar roll outs
10 hang cleans
