shoulder circles
lawn sprinklers
overhead pipe squats
plank

3×30 seconds each

workout:

6 rounds

10 BB shoulder press
10 light db Cuban presses
10 squat thrust jump
20 non-shuffling cross-body mtn climbers. Just in plank… touch the knee to the opposite arm… with control.
200 yd run

Finish: 50 ABMAT sit-ups, 50 leg raises, 100 bicycles
