Warm up: grapevine the length of the gym and back
3 min sprawl drill but instead of sprawl they knee tuck jump

5 rounds
10 med ball hand switch push-ups
15 db bent flies
20 total alternate side toe touch crunches
20 mountain climbers
15 ring rows

 

finish: run daycare big and small loops

extra credit: 30 bench press…ya know on the bench!
