Strength

Warmup:  10 Thai lunges/ Hurdle stretch, 10 tap and twist -each side.  10 pushups, 10 squats, 50 jumping jacks

6 rounds, different variations. The top exercises will be done rounds 1 and 4. The middle exercises will be done rounds 2 and 5. The bottom exercises will be done rounds 3 and 6. Everything listed will be done twice.

1, 4: 10 Romanian BB dead lifts
2, 5: 10 standard BB dead lifts
3, 6: 10 sumo BB dead lifts

1, 4: 20 12-to-6 situps with plate
2, 5: 20 plate twists
3, 6: 20 plate circles

1, 4: 20 total Bulgarian split squats
2, 5: 20 total db step ups
3, 6: 20 db jump squats

1, 4: 10 total ring assisted pistols
2, 5:  15 ring rows
3, 6:  20 ring assisted jump squats
