Warmup 10 look at my hands, 10 oh squats, 20 mtn climbers
6 rounds 

  • 10 step back lunge wall balls
  • 20 cross body mtn climbers
  • 5 broad jumps
  • 10/10  front/side raises 
  • 15 12 to 6 sit-ups

Finish: 500m each *any order*
