warmup: 20/20/20 side plank, plank, side plank

20/20/20 pushups, squats, jumping jacks

strength: 5x3reps bench press
5 rounds

  • 10 total db fly/press on swiss ball
  • 20 med ball toe touch crunch
  • 50 ft gorilla walk
  • 20 alternating single arm ring rows

75 pushups. however many sets it takes them they have to do that many pullups x’s 3
