Warmup: 30/30/30 side plank/ side plank / regular plank

30 squats, 20 Squat thrusts,10 push-ups

4 rounds on each couplet before moving on:

1. 15 Curl & press & 10 slamball-beginner/20 hammer strikes-advanced

2. 15 standing BB rows & 30 Mtn climbers

3. 10 pike push-ups & 200 yard run

Finish: windmills
