Boot Camp 4-27-2015

Warmup high plank, forearm plank, half burpees 20 seconds each 

5 rounds 

  • 15 Leg lift/db floor press
  • 30 med ball twists 
  • 15 prone rows/ push-ups
  • 30 high knees 
  • 10/10 single arm kb rows with opposite hand and knee on a bench or box
