Warmup: 10 squats, 20 lunges, 20 mtn climbers, 10 jump lunges

6 rounds:
10 frog pushups
20 seated twists
6 alternate grip pullups (one hand over, one hand under, alternate each
round)
20 toe touch crunches
50 ft Darwin walk

finish 15 knees to elbows
