Warmup 20 seconds shoulder circles, squats, mtn climbers x’s 2

40/20 x 5 x 6 times through

  • Plate circles
  • Half getup with kb (up to elbow and back down) alternate arm per round
  • Db suitcase dead lift plus curl and press
  • Med ball clean
  • Side plank

 Finish heavy plate walk 200 meters
