2:00 on 30 off three times through each couple is a mini-amrap

5 heavy KB suitcase dead lifts/10 squat jumps

20 mtn climbers/ 20 bicycles

10 box step jumps (5/5) /10 box dips w/feet on floor

10 step back lunges with plate overhead/ 10 Slamballs
