Mobility: 30 seconds of each PVC overhead squats, alternating tap and twist lunges, side to side lunges

6 rounds:

12 db swiss ball flies/ presses alternating each round

100 ft crab walk/ bear crawl alternating each round

10 total superman/banana (long edge of the mats facing the mirrors maybe)

10 pullups/chin-ups alternating each round
