Friday legstravaganza

Warmup: 5 tap ‘n’ twist lunges …5 pushups
5 tap ‘n’ twist lunges opposite side… 5 pushups two times through
10 squats
10 jump squats
10 squat thrusts
20 high knee jogs (count each knee going up)

6 rounds
6 reps of bb DL
6 knees to elbows
20 seated twists
15 db half squat jumps (db in each hand like a farmers carry)
