BC warmup: 15 seconds of each: shoulder circles, alternating hugs, golf swing arms, body weight squats x’s 2. 1 set of ten strict pushups

DB push press (heavier than they want)
15 hip flexor raises
Alternating db piston rows 30 total
15 prone rows

40/20, x4:
circuit of hammer tire
Shoulder to shoulder med ball thrusters
Mule kicks
