Boot camp:

6 rounds
10 DB shoulder press
5/5 Kettlebell windmills
5 knees to elbow
10 plate raises

Finish: 20/10 x 10 each, HKJ, squat thrust jump

Warrior:

6 rounds
10 bb shoulder press
5/5 Kettlebell windmills
10 knees to elbow
15 plate raises

Finish: 20/10 x 10, double unders
