Warm up: 10 squats and jump squats, 20 inchworm push ups

Mobility: 10 passthroughs and 10-10-10 arm circles 

3 rounds

  • 15-10-5 BB thrusters  
  • 500-400-300m row 
  • 15-10-5 double kettlebell swing 
  • 15-10-5 double kettlebell sumo deadlift 

Finish: 25 GHD sit-ups
