AC workout for 11-21-2016

Warm up: 10 push ups, squats, jump squats, 50 JJ

Strength: bench press 5×5

5 Rounds: 

  • 1 Clean and front squat
  • 20 burpees 
  • 20 KB swing 
  • 10 pull ups
  • 100m row 

Finish: 50 suitcase crunches
