Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Sign Up?
To sign up, please contact us to let us know which class and class time you are interested in. You can find our contact information by clicking here. You can either call, email or just come on in! We will gladly go over any questions you may have at this time. To save time before your first workout, you can download our release form by clicking here. We do have forms on site if you cannot print one or if you forget.
What Can I Expect On My First Visit?
On your first visit we will go over our facility and how our workouts are run. If you are attending Boot Camp, you are required to watch one class to get the feel of the workouts, the atmosphere, and how our instructors interact with our clients. This will help give you a much better idea of whether our Boot Camp will be a good fit for you and your fitness goals. If you are new to Boot Camp you will be required to attend no less than 12 Beginner/Fundamentals classes before moving into the Boot Camp class.
If you are interested in attending the Warrior class you need to spend at least 3 months in Boot Camp and then you need to take the entry level Warrior. (FYI, the test is extremely hard)
If you are interested in Cardio Kickboxing or Kettlebell classes, you should come in and watch a class and then talk to our instructors to schedule your first class. We recommend all beginners to Kickboxing or Kettlebells come in for no less than 2 Saturday classes to learn how our classes work and learn how to move properly.
Our workouts are unlike any other program you will find and because of this we need to make sure you understand how we do things and what we expect of our participants, which is nothing less than 110%!
What Can I Expect For My First Class?
If you are new to Boot Camp, we will be requiring that you complete no less than 12 foundations classes where you will learn the basic movements, exercises and posture that we teach in our Boot Camp class.
What Do I Need To Bring To Class?
You should wear comfortable clothing. If you are doing Power Yoga, please do not wear baggy clothing as this will prevent our instructor from seeing if you need to correct your posture. We do have mats you can use for yoga, so you are not required to purchase one unless you want your own. If you are doing Boot Camp or Cardio Kickboxing, wear good running shoes. We now have towels for use during workouts and if you forget to bring your own water bottle we have water for sale. If you plan on taking the Cardio Kickboxing class for a long period of time, it is advisable to purchase your own 12 oz. gloves, but we have gloves here that you can use for your first few classes until you get your own. We can order you anything from the Title Boxing website at a discount.
***We do not allow gloves to be worn in the Kettlebell Class!***
***Absolutely NO Skechers Shape-Ups, Reebok Easytones or any other similar shoe!***
Do you have showers?
YES! We have recently installed one shower and we are planning to install a second shower in the spring of 2015! Please bring your own towel and toiletries. Also, please discuss with your classmates who needs to get to work first and who takes the longest to shower and get ready and agree who uses the shower first, thanks!
What If I’m Really Out Of Shape?
If you are concerned with your current level of fitness, please contact us so we can evaluate your fitness goals and help you decide which class will best fit your needs. Again, you will be required to watch a class before you sign up so you can see exactly how we work and how we get people amazing results.

Why Don’t You Have A One Month Price?
You will not be able to see the amazing transformation our programs can have on your body in just one month. And, we like to help people who are truly committed to changing their life and their body, and not just looking for a “quick fix,” so we ask that everyone make a minimum 3 month commitment. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us so that we can help work around your schedule.
