He was very kind to send me a detailed analysis of the video I sent and told me where I could make some improvements. Although everything is scalable, you have to come ready to work hard, because the workouts aren’t easy — but there’s a real sense of common purpose and togetherness at this gym, and if you embrace the challenge and stick with it, you’ll quickly find yourself in amazing shape (and probably make some friends along the way).

He keeps it challenging and diverse while making sure form and technique… read more are on point. You WILL get in great shape if you just show up. Not only will you look like everyone desires, but you will become functionally fit that will translate into all areas of your life. I did crossfit for years, and like most I ended up injured. All of Pride’s workouts are well thought out and compliment each other, so you aren’t ruining your joints from repetitive abuse. I’ve been with Pride for 5 years now, and I will not go anywhere else. Come check out where brains meets brawns.
