Doug has competed in Muay Thai, Kettlebell Sport, Olympic weightlifting, and Powerlifting. He is also both a USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting coach. Doug is also an author with several published books. From strength sports to endurance, he can help you achieve your goals.
Lindsay has also competed in Boxing and Muay Thai, Kettlebell Sport, and Powerlifting. Lindsay has achieved elite totals in several weight classes and has earned her USAPL Pro Card and recently took 2nd place at the USAPL Grand Prix at The Arnold.
