Challenge time! ALL classes are doing the 2nd Annual 12 Days of Christmas Workout!

Try and knock someone off the board from last year! Top scores both men and women will be posted!

Warm-up: Movement; 20 each – squats, lunges, push-ups
1 Round

  • 120 mountain climbers
  • 110 oblique twists
  • 1000 yard run
  • 90 jumping jacks
  • 80 diamond sit-ups
  • 70 Kettlebell swings, 35 each side
  • 60 alternating curls
  • 50 squats
  • 40 skull crushers
  • 30 alternating weighted lunges
  • 20 wall balls
  • 10 killer bunnies
