Warm up: 10 squats, 20 lunges, 10 squat thrust

Mobility: sit split reach, frog

6 Rounds:

  • 6 Box squats 
  • 6 Chin ups
  • 12 Lunge curl 
  • 18 ABMAT sit-ups 

Finish: 100 kettlebell swings
